Madonna: “We Have A Black Muslim In The White House” (VIDEO)
Madonna made some rather interesting statements during her performance in Washington, D.C. on Monday evening.
The 54-year-old singer took a break between songs to pay tribute to Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King, Jr. She adds, “And they killed him, as they do.”
“It is so incredible to think that we have an African-American in the White House,” she said as the audience cheered. “Those fine human beings did not die for nothing.”
But, Madonna’s remarks became a little strange when she urged the crowd, “So, you all better vote for f**kin’ Obama, OK?” For better or for worse, all right, we have a black Muslim in the White House!”
Fans weren’t quite sure if Madge was being serious or just sarcastic with her comments.
Madonna then said, “Now that’s the shit, it means there is hope in this country,” and praised the president for “fighting for gay rights.”
The singer has already angered many with her political overtones to her tour, inciting the French after putting a swastika on the forehead of their leader.
There now are two reasons to vote for Mitt Romney…Madonna favors Barack Obama and she won’t strip down if he loses.
