Girls has become a phenomenon for its realistic portrayal of 20-something ennui in new millennium Brooklyn. There's awkward sex and casual sex and revenge sex. There's also complicated relationships between boyfriends and girlfriends and best friends and the ever-present neurosis of what am I doing with my life, but as the comedy prepares to enter its third season on Sunday, one critic chose to focus on the show's liberal use of nudity. That critic subsequently received a verbal takedown by Girls producers Judd Apatow and Jenni Konner and series creator/star Lena Dunham.
