Kicking off his morning in front of a judge, Sam Worthington showed up at a New York City courthouse on Wednesday (February 26).
The “Clash of the Titans” hunk looked dapper in a navy blue suit as he exited the building to find a swarm of shutterbugs and reporters waiting nearby.
According to TMZ, Sam has been saddled with a restraining order that states he can’t have any contact with Sheng Li, the paparazzo he allegedly assaulted on Sunday (February 23).
Furthermore, Worthington was charged with two counts of 3rd degree assault, one count of attempted assault and one count of harassment.
Sam will return to the courthouse on May 8th and in the meantime he’d be smart to keep his nose clean.
