Public member wanted for Board of Law Examiners

The Minnesota State Board of Law Examiners is seeking a public member to round out its nine-member board.

The board, comprised of seven lawyers and two public members, meets nine times a year. The board directs the character and fitness investigation of bar applicants and administers the Minnesota Bar Exam. Board members also hold due process hearings for bar applicants denied admission due to character and fitness problems or eligibility concerns.
