The “This is 40” actor teamed up with Vanessa Bayer for the hilarious video, which discusses his role in “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues” and the weekend’s musical guest One Direction.

When the British boy band comes up in conversation, Paul turns into an excited “fangirl” after realizing that hot guys Niall, Harry, Louis, Zayn and Liam are going to be in the NBC studios.
