Bosnia court rejects request to re-arrest Serbs convicted of war crimes

[JURIST] On Thursday the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) [official website] rejected [press release] a request by prosecutors to re-arrest nine individuals convicted of war crimes.
