Sex-Toy Suit Against Airline Survives at Fifth Circuit

The Fifth Circuit has reversed the dismissal of invasion-of-privacy claims brought against United Continental Holdings by two gay men who allege that a sex toy was removed from their luggage and taped atop one of their bags in an effort to to humiliate them.
