Attorney reinstated

An attorney who was suspended in September has been reinstated by order of the Supreme Court.

Lori Mae Michael received a 30-day suspension in September after she was found to have made false statements to a tribunal, failed to comply with a court order and engaged in dishonest conduct, among other offenses. Michael applied for reinstaement via affidavit after successfully completing most of her suspension terms. Michael still needs to complete and pass the Minnesota professional responsibility bar examination.

Michael’s reinstatement is conditional, subject to a two-year disciplinary probation period.
