So close, yet so far.
Niall Horan almost made a lot of naughty One Direction dreams come true outside the O2 arena.
The lovable heartthrob was happily greeting fans who were anxiously awaiting even a glimpse of the 1D star, but he almost greeted them with a glimpse of his nipple instead (above)!
Oh how jealous we would be!
Unfortunately, it just wasn’t the day for Directioners as he remained fully clothed, but he still looked totes adorbz as he went about his business with that sweet smile on his face (below).
Guess we'll just have to make due with the nip slip pic we DO have.
