Arkansas on Tuesday moved to closer to enacting the most restrictive abortion law in the country. The Arkansas Senate voted to override Democratic Gov. Mike Beebe’s veto of a bill that would ban abortions after 12 weeks of pregnancy with limited exceptions. If the Republican-led House follows suit, Arkansas would have the strictest prohibition on abortions in the nation. . . . .
