Putting an end to months of drama and abuse allegations, Ariel Winter's family reached an agreement over custody on Wednesday (December 12).
The 14-year-old “Modern Family” star will remain in the care of her sister, Shanelle Gray, until March, when the matter will be revisited.
After the settlement was announced, Winter hugged her sister while leaving the courtroom together.
As part of the agreement, both parents will undergo counseling, and Ariel’s father, Glenn Workman, will control her assets.
