Chris Brown Probation Revoked
Chris Brown’s probation is revoked, but for now the singer is still free. He is due back in court at the end of July, and it seems that the judge has had it with his bad boy behavior.
Some people may think that Chris Brown is reformed. He has issued apology after apology, broke down crying on stage and a ton of other PR stunts to prove he is sorry. Heck, Rihanna even got back with him for a hot second. But when Chris Brown was involved in a it and run, it sure doesn’t sound like he has changed much.
A woman named only as Olga G. is the other driver in the hit and run accident and she didn’t even know who the pop star was until after it made news. She says Chris started off as polite, but after she asked for identification and insurance – you know the common things you need in a crash – he freaked.
Chris’ girlfriend, Karrueche Tientrese Tran, offered her driver’s license and said the car belonged to her, while Chris refuse to hand over his ID. Olga then took a pic of the couple and that is when Chris really freaked.
She said Brown began shouting expletives and grabbed for her camera.
“I jumped back, the girl screamed, ‘Don’t touch her. Don’t touch her,”‘ she said.
“I was so shocked that I was speechless,” she said in the statement. “Just a moment ago he was a nice guy. After screaming some insulting nonsense for a while longer, he slammed a door and drove away fast and noisy.”
Sounds like the judge made the right call. Lamer. You are not above the law. So now Chris Brown’s probation has been revoked and he is due back in court at the end of the month. He faces four years in jail.

Baby North West Photos Sell for Over $3 Million?
Honestly, I still can’t believe that they named their baby North West. And I wont believe it until that magazine cover comes out with the pic on front to prove it!

The photos of baby North West have yet to be sold and Kim and Kanye think that they can get top dollar for them. They have even turned down a $3 million offer! That is insane! Honestly, I hope they donate the money they make off their kids pics to a children’s charity or something cause that is just gross.
Uggh. Angelina and Brad raked in a reported $15 million for the photos of Knox Leon & Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt, another $4.1 million for Shiloh and $2 million for Pax. But of course they also reportedly donated it to charity.
Jennifer Lopez got a whopping $6 million for her twins. Granted everyone is dying to see Kim and Kanye’s baby so I can imaging they will get a pretty nice price. Or they can keep it classy and share the photos like normal people. Ha!

“Kanye was up for taking Kim to one of Beyonce’s shows. Her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour was at Staples Center June 28 and July 1 and Kim was definitely ready to get out. It was Kris who talked her out of it because there is no way Kim would not have been seen and photographed and that would have driven down the price on the official photos.”
Wow that is just sad, if it is true of course. I mean, I’ve been a new mom and I wouldn’t choose to go out to something like that just yet – but to NOT do it because of money – when you are LOADED? that is why I think Kris Humphries didn’t fit in – he called them out on their BS. Throwing Kourtney’s coupon book on the roof was mean, but he had a point – she is a millionaire! get over yourself!

SEC Adopts Rules to Remove Ban on General Solicitation for Rule 506 Offerings
This morning the Securities and Exchange Commission, by a 4 to 1 vote of the Commissioners, approved implementing rules under Title II of the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act to remove the ban on general solicitation for offerings to accredited investors under Regulation D, Rule 506. The SEC has not yet released the final rules as adopted, and we do not yet know what will be the effective date of the final rules. We do however know that the final rules, once effective, will require a Form D to be filed with the SEC at least 15 days in advance of the commencement of any general solicitation for a Rule 506 offering.
Issuers should hold off commencing general solicitation for offerings under Rule 506 of Regulation D until the final rules are publicly available, effective and all conditions to general solicitation are satisfied.

The SEC also adopted this morning rules required under the Dodd-Frank Act that will prevent “bad actors” from participating in Rule 506 offerings.
We will be blogging further on these new rules as more details become available.
