This is what happens when you do dumb things.
Chris Brown is on his way to Washington, D.C. right now for his misdemeanor assault case, which his lawyer, Mark Geragos, is trying to get dropped.
But the prosecution just threw a bedazzled wrench into their plans!
They’ve filed the docs to take the case to a grand jury for a felony prosecution, and they say they have the evidence to back it up due to the hospitalization of the alleged victim. If convicted, this could land Breezy in prison!
However, Geragos says the prosecution is just doing a dry run of the trial and wants the charges dismissed.
We’ll just have to see how it all plays out in the court room.
