Judge's Former Secretary Claims Harassment, Retaliation for Leave

A New Jersey judge, herself no stranger to litigation with the court system, is being sued by a former secretary who claims to have been demoted for taking time off to care for a sick relative. The judge allegedly sent a court administrator 200 emails demanding the secretary's removal.
