It's judgement day for Reese Witherspoon and her hubby Jim Toth...
And unsurprisingly, Jim pled guilty to charges of DUI while Reese pled no contest for her disorderly conduct.
The Cruel Intentions star was recently VERY candid during an interview on Good Morning America about what went down the night of the now infamous arrest where Reese drunkenly yelled at a police officer, so it makes sense that the pair would fess up to their crimes.
Reese -- who was NOT in court today -- will only have to pay a $213 fine for her verbal diarrhea, while her husband has been ordered to undergo 40 hours of community service. He also has to attend an alcohol education program, and has been put on probation for 12 months.
Very, VERY lucky ducks indeed!
You know, especially since they didn't hurt anyone during their ill-planned adventure!
