WCCA seeks new judge as Johnson’s term expires

A vacancy exists on the Worker’s Compensation Court of Appeals with the expiration of Judge Thomas L. Johnson’s term, Gov. Mark Dayton announced Monday.

The application process is now open for this vacancy.

Those interested in serving should submit an “Open Appointments” application along with a letter of interest and a resume for consideration to the Court. Application forms can be found on the Secretary of State’s website here.

Application materials should be sent to the Governor’s Office, Room 130 State Capitol, 75 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd, Saint Paul, MN 55155 or via email to tiffany.orth@state.mn.us.
