Feds Join Suit Over LSAT Accommodations

A federal judge has granted the Justice Department's motion to intervene in a suit filed against LSAT administrators by California's Department of Fair Employment and Housing. That means the class of affected individuals will include disabled test-takers across the nation, not just California. Named plaintiffs suffer from such disabilities as ADD, impaired vision and paralysis.
