Second Suit Filed Accusing Kia of Racial, Age and Gender Bias
Another former employee of the Kia Motors plant in West Point has sued the automaker claiming he was terminated after complaining about being ordered to screen potential hires on the basis of race, sex and age in violation of federal law.
