Supreme Court to rule in housing discrimination case

[JURIST] The US Supreme Court [official website] granted certiorari [order list, PDF] in four cases Monday. In Mount Holly v. Mt. Holly Gardens Citizens in Action, Inc. [docket; cert. petition, PDF] the court limited the grant to Question 1: "Are disparate impact claims cognizable under the Fair Housing Act?"
