Antitrust: Coming to a Court Near You

These are buys days for the Justice Department’s antitrust lawyers. With last week’s challenge to the mega beer merger between Anheuser-Bush InBev and Mexico’s Grupo Modelo, the department now has seven civil antitrust cases in litigation -- a record.
