Okay so maybe it’s a bit of an exaggeration, but these days people are hungry for mindless entertainment. I think that’s why Snooki — red hair and all — is so popular (photos below).
She has been through some serious changes in the last few months. The biggest one, in my eyes, is that she had to stop drinking while she was preggers. I had my doubts that she would be able to do it, but it seems like she pulled it off quite well. The second biggest change for her is becoming a mother. The the third biggest is dying her hair “poison ivy red.” Oh, and of course, the fourth biggest is getting engaged to her vertically challenged boyfriend.
People are pretty excited about Snooki’s new hair because, even though she has had highlights before, she has always kept the same dark base. Now it seems like she made a pretty drastic change. They even had to process her hair completely blond before going red. It will never be the same again — at least not without a bunch of money and time.
Anyways, all of those things amount to a wild last several months for Snooki. I am left wondering if having a baby pretty much killed her career. It sure seems like it. Her show with JWOWW is pretty lame, and the last season of Jersey shore was terrible. Mike was sober, Snooki was pregnant and sober, and the rest of them have finally realized that they are on TV.
They pretty much bombed in the last few episodes and it got really terrible.
I do think that Snooki has potential in terms of hosting award’s shows or something, but other than that, I think the only one we will hear from is Pauly D, who is actually talented.
So yes, welcome the new hair, but I think we are saying “bye bye” to her as a celeb. Just my opinion. Check out Snooki’s red hair below.
