No Big Surprise Here! Channing Tatum Named “Sexiest Man Alive”
People magazine has announced that actor Channing Tatum has been named the “Sexiest Man Alive”.
The not-so-shocking announcement was made on People’s website this morning and on the “Today” show.
We have no doubt there will be plenty of haters whining about Channing Tatum not being their top choice, but one peek at Channing’s “Magic Mike” stripping skills should shut them up!
Channing, 32, said he was shocked to hear of the honor, saying, “My first thought was, ‘Y’all are messing with me. Adding, “I told Jenna after we’d been in the bathtub washing our dogs because they’d gotten skunked.”
Tatum’s wife of three years, actress and dancer Jenna Dewan-Tatum, now jokingly refers to her hubby as “The Sexiest Man Alive”.
Jenna told the publication that Channing is so much more than just the Sexiest Man Alive.
She told People magazine, “People know him to be fun and sexy, but they don’t know how emotionally deep and spiritually open he is. He is such an open-hearted person; what you see is what you get.”
The actor, who is known for his hot body, is currently training to play an Olympic athlete in the upcoming film “Foxcatcher” alongside Steve Carell and Mark Ruffalo.
