BP Oil Spill Settlement Update

The BP oil spill created an environmental and economic disaster affecting the entire Gulf Coast region. On March 2, 2012, BP agreed to settle the class action of certain oil spill related claims with the plaintiff steering committee, representing the interests of individuals and businesses throughout the region.
